The Founder & Chief Curator of Trigarta, Ruchi Dogra is passionate about good food & wellness, and is an avid traveler, having travelled extensively from the Northeast region to Leh & Ladakh all the way to the down south. And, the Trigarta journey today starts from the land known as the Fruit Bowl of India - Himachal. After months of consulting, researching, and visiting various farms and orchards - we are finally ready to bring you our very first range of products - preserves, jams, spreads, and relishes.
